Saskia Renshaw

Saskia Renshaw is a Brisbane-based marine science writer and former field researcher who spent a decade working on cetacean photo-identification projects along the east coast of Australia before moving into full-time science journalism. She has a Master's in marine biology from James Cook University and has published in Cosmos Magazine, The Conversation and Australian Geographic. She is particularly interested in the intersection of citizen science, climate change, and the long, slow recovery of great whales from industrial whaling.
